Here’s a pair of beautifully crafted leather loafers from Tod’s that make me look. And I can’t quite decide if I like the pink Hydrangeas or the soft pink shoes better. Nevertheless, I think it’s a gorgeous way to style an exclusive version of the Italian luxury label’s Gommino loafer, sold only through its e-commerce partner, The Luxer.
The limited edition Gommino shoes is available in a fresh powder pink shade with shiny textured snake effect on its surface, created though a special laser process. Other than a glittered metal penny bar, it also features exposed handmade stitching, a monogram and iconic rubber pebble outsoles.
“It takes no less than 35 pieces of leather to craft a single Gommino. Each leather cut is selected, checked and treated individually before being assembled and hand-sewn. The finished product is the result of a series of 100 steps.”
